The president of Compass Abstract, LLC, Anne L. Anastasi served as President of the American Land Title Association (ALTA) in 2011 during which time the concept of the ALTA Best Practices was developed. Long an advocate for professionalism in the title insurance industry, Anne guides Compass with a tremendous amount of knowledge, background and care. Anne also holds the nation's highest professional designation in the title industry, National Title Professional, NTP which further demonstrates her desire to run a professional and compliant operation while serving the consumer well.

The employees of Compass are hired with great care holding integrity as the primary qualification. We can teach people how to search, exam, close and insure but we recognize that you cannot teach integrity. Education about the industry and training are a regular and on-going activity at Compass.
